Position Summary As a Sales Representative at Aesthetic Roofing, you will be responsible for generating new business relationships with residential customers and facilitating a seamless handoff to a senior sales representative after confirming an initial appointment. As a full-time, W2 employee with an hourly base plus commission compensation plan with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $55,000-$90,000 annually, you can expect consistent weekly payouts and enrollment to our full suite of medical, vision and dental benefits after an initial probation period. The Sales Representative role is an outside-sales role working with residential prospects in the community to identify homes that qualify for Aesthetic Roofing's niche services and setting initial appointments for senior sales representatives. Your success in this role will be determined not only by your ability to consistently generate new business opportunities at scale, but by your willingness and capability to lead fellow sales team members by your actions both inside and outside of the working environment.

You Will Thrive In This Role If
You have previous business development experience
You have previous door to door or other in-home sales experience
You have high, measurable goals and a timeline on which you plan to achieve them
You are comfortable with critical thinking and decision making based on available information
You are self-driven and rely on discipline over motivation to achieve your goals
You have previous sales experience in related industries such as roofing, solar, pest control or home efficiency
You are comfortable with rapid change in startup environments
Job Requirements
Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and the ability to travel regularly within the greater Salt Lake metropolitan area
Must be available M-F, 11:00am-7:00pm
Prior roofing sales or cold-calling experience preferred but not required
Experience in or knowledge of roofing systems and structures is strongly encouraged but not required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
