Job Description The Finance & Office Administrator plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Candidate will provide finance, administrative and fundraising support while ensuring the efficient running of the office.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities Assist with financial administration including purchase invoices, bank lodgements, online banking transactions, payment processing, bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and documentation for the Charity Accountants.
Process donations received through multiple channels and ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of income.
Manage the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring efficient systems and processes are maintained.
Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including preparing correspondence, fundraising materials, prize packs and supporter communications.
Maintain accurate supporter and donor records using the charity's CRM system (CHAMP), ensuring all information is up to date.
Assist with fundraising campaigns and events fulfilment.
Coordinate volunteers and provide administrative support to fundraising committees and community supporters.
Provide telephone and reception coverage, manage incoming emails and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support the Board and wider team with administrative duties as required.
Requirements: 3 years' experience in an office administration and/or finance administration role desirable.
Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint).
Experience using a CRM/database system; experience with CHAMP or similar CRM software is desirable. xyswxtq
