Job Overview Join our Team and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! The Reference Data Services Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. What we’ll need from you: Responsible for opening and maintaining product data details across a variety of systems Liaise with other operational teams globally to ensure that a globally consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data Ensure that statutory and regulatory obligations are met at all times Verify all details of the product from a regulatory and control perspective Serve as escalation point for issues and complex processing Involved in key projects for unit Deliver daily project work and escalation management, routine and defined tasks, while developing knowledge of the broader context in which work is being performed Working hours : 11:00 AM EST – 7:00 PM EST What we’ll need from you: Very good English knowledge (written & spoken) 2-5 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset Ability to work under pressure Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable Ability to work independently as well as in a team Bachelor’s/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset What we offer: By joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week), but also (potentially, subject to final offer) receive a competitive base salary and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits which can include: Employer paid Defined Contribution Pension Plan contribution of 6% of employee’s pensionable earnings (PPE Program)
