Manage and support Snowflake production environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Implement best practices for data warehousing, governance, and performance tuning. Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources. Integrate data from relational databases, REST APIs, SaaS applications, and event-streaming platforms. Build scalable and reusable data ingestion frameworks and transformation processes. Ensure high-quality, consumption-ready datasets through data cleansing, validation, and transformation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake in enterprise production environments. Advanced SQL expertise with complex query optimization and analytical functions. Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation. Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines. Expertise in dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts, and schema design. Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and streaming systems. Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, LLM functions, or AI-enabled data workflows. Experience with REST API integrations and backend development patterns.
