Compensation Includes $50,000 starting base salary $18,000 guaranteed bonus (first 18 months at $1,000 per month) Uncapped commission
Sales Consultants are uncapped commission‑eligible from day one.
Earning Potential Six‑figure earnings possible within 2 years Experienced consultants: $300K–$800K+ OTE (4–5+ years) Top performers: seven‑figure earnings
