This role will be focused on developing and optimising web applications, contributing to the creation of digital experiences that enable our world‑class clients to succeed. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll gain wide-ranging experience working across NewZealand and international brands. You’ll build engaging, performant, and accessible websites and applications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic and technically sound solutions. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Up to 4+ years’ relevant industry experience in software, digital or web development. Experience with the Silverstripe and/or Laravel frameworks. Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/Sass, and BEM methodology. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience with React (preferred), or frameworks such as Next.js or Vue.js. Ability to interpret Figma designs and translate them into high‑quality frontend builds. Strong skills in UI layout and responsive web development. Understanding of web accessibility standards (W3C). Experience working with GraphQL and APIs. Familiarity with browser testing across Mac/PC and modern browsers. Experience with CMS platforms such as Silverstripe or Contentful. Knowledge of SEO principles and performance optimisation. Exposure to backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or PHP (nice to have). Knowledge of OWASP top10 principles is desirable. QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output. An enthusiastic desire to learn and embrace the latest technologies and AI tools. Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies. Driven to continually improve coding methodology, tooling and analysis. Able to effectively translate/communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders. Work in an agile environment in teams across multiple locations. A passion for creating engaging and accessible digital experiences.
