Key responsibilities
Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans while managing team productivity and opportunities
Hire, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales acumen and achieve individual and team goals
Conduct weekly forecast reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Required qualifications
2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management methodologies
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
Experience in governance, risk, compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity is a plus
Strong ability to nurture early-career talent and thrive in fast-paced remote environments
