Our sales crew tackles their goals through a variety of roles and functions including strategy, data analysis, hiring and training, forecasting, territory design, and sales process optimization. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated sales professional to manage our sales region, selling our industry‑leading Identity Management solutions to end users and channel partners. Responsibilities Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Address each customer's and partner's unique inquiry, providing proper information and solutions. Develop business plans aligning with assigned geographic and business needs. Collaborate with Marketing to execute marketing plans with end users and partners. Follow up on all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated. Marshal and lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages to the customer. Manage post‑sale account coverage with account managers to uncover new sales opportunities. Own all aspects of the sales cycle: qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing. Maintain deep understanding of territory, competitors, partners, and influencers. Coordinate, plan, and schedule sales support functions with Technical Sales staff. Create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client’s organization. Utilize channel management and reporting tools. Skills Customer Focus – build relationships, meet expectations, treat customers with dignity. Partner Focus – nurture partner relationships, meet partner expectations, treat partners with dignity. Territory Management – plan, forecast, prioritize, and maximize overall territory viability. Effective Communication – deliver impactful oral and written messages. Industry Knowledge – understand industry trends, best practices, competitive and regulatory issues. Effective Selling – solutions‑oriented approach, mastery of sales best practices and SailPoint methodology. Business Acumen – understand business models, competitive positioning, and operate in business language. Financial Acumen – perform financial analysis and evaluate opportunities. Education & Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales related field. Required: 7 years of B2B sales experience, with 3 years in Identity Management or Security Industries. Proven results in a quota‑oriented sales environment and technology innovations. Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence executives. Ability to present to executive management (C‑Level). Professionalism, integrity, commitment, and strong communication skills.
