The Business Architect Senior / Salesforce Solution Engineer is a strategic, client‑facing technical expert who partners closely with business leaders, account executives, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce‑driven solutions. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technology execution—advising stakeholders, architecting solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate blends strong business acumen with deep Salesforce platform expertise, and excels at designing innovative, value‑driven solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Technical Advising: Partner with the Business on discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.
Help Product Managers identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or enhance operations using the latest Salesforce capabilities.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on platform best practices, architecture standards, and technology alignment.
Solution Design & Demonstrations: Architect tailored Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy, functional needs, and enterprise architecture principles.
Build, configure, and deliver engaging, purpose‑built demos and prototypes illustrating solution value and feasibility.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Product & Platform Expertise: Act as an enterprise Salesforce subject‑matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, AI tools, and extensibility options.
Provide guidance on both declarative (click‑based) and programmatic (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs) solution patterns.
Stay informed about Salesforce releases, innovations, and industry trends to proactively recommend enhancements.
Role Impact This role is instrumental in shaping how the organization leverages Salesforce to drive transformation, improve customer experiences, and enable operational efficiency. The Business Architect Senior ensures that Salesforce solutions are not only technically sound but strategically aligned to business goals.

Ability to translate business problems into scalable, high‑impact technical solutions.
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
Experience with large‑scale enterprise environments, multi‑cloud implementations, or complex integration landscapes.
Background in pre‑sales engineering, or enterprise solution architecture.
Familiarity with Banking, Financial Services, or at least Retail Sales.
Company Culture & Expectations
