Are you a new CDL graduate looking for truck driver training? Drive with J.B. Hunt's Apprenticeship Program and receive on-the-job training and experience with an industry leader.
Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion.
Job Details: Drivers will be paid $30 per hour during the training period. The training period is typically six weeks. Following training, drivers will transition to an hourly pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. This position is paid on an hourly rate $30 per hour until 40 hours worked Overtime hourly work: $45 per hour Holiday pay: $200 per day Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $87,000 Online orientation Onsite training and management

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
