- Portfolioentwicklung und Underwriting: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unseres Financial Lines Portfolios. Dabei übernehmen Sie das Underwriting für verschiedene Financial Lines Produkte und analysieren die versicherungstechnischen Risikofaktoren.

- Maklerpflege: Sie bauen Maklerbeziehungen gezielt aus und pflegen diese langfristig.
- Weiterbildung und fachliche Entwicklung: Sie legen Wert auf regelmäßige Weiterbildung und persönliche Entwicklung.
- Netzwerkaufbau und Prozessentwicklung: Sie helfen mit, ein starkes internes Netzwerk aufzubauen und entwickeln Richtlinien für eine effiziente Verarbeitung unserer Financial Lines Produkte.
- Ausbildung und Fachwissen: Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann (w/m/d), Versicherungsfachwirt (w/m/d), oder ein Studium in einem verwandten Bereich.
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Flexibilität: Eine betriebswirtschaftliche Denkweise mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnet Sie aus.
- Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Financial Lines: Sie bringen tiefgreifende Kenntnisse zu Produkten, Prozessen und Märkten im Bereich Financial Lines mit.
- Vertriebs- und Kundenorientierung: Sie haben ein Gespür für Vertrieb und Kunden, Erfahrung im Vertrieb ist ein Plus.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Ihre sehr guten verbalen und schriftlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten helfen Ihnen, Ihre Botschaften klar zu vermitteln.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Technische Fähigkeiten: Sie sind fit im Umgang mit MS-Office und zeigen digitale Affinität sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Sachverhalte.
