Operator Benefits: - Full-time position - Local Routes; Home Daily - Automatic Trucks - 401k with employer match - Starting pay depends on experience and driving record but minimum is $23/hr - Overtime hours are common March through December - Safety Incentive Bonus Program (up to $2,100 annually) - 6 Paid Holidays - Referral Bonus Program
Variety of things you'll do: - Deliver ready-mixed concrete - Possible dump truck deliveries - Work in all areas of plant as needed
Requirements: - Class A or B CDL - Experience is preferred but not necessary - Help promote a culture of safety - Pass pre-employment and random drug tests - Criminal Background check and and Motor Vehicle Record review - Requires physical dexterity to lift concrete chutes, navigate through and around various job conditions, and have ability to lift up to 50 pounds
