Work directly with SBT principals, receive mentorship from industry veterans, and collaborate on business development, research strategy, and executive engagement across global semiconductor markets. Key Responsibilities
Execute the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including candidate research, engagement, qualification, presentation, and placement. Build diverse and high-caliber talent pipelines through strategic outreach, research, and networking. Collaborate with leadership on market intelligence initiatives, client strategy, and retained search execution. Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships. Embrace full ownership of the search process in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What We Look For
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessarily required. SDR/BDR/CSR experience or other recruiting/sales experience is a plus. Demonstrated
