Overview The Contract Data Analyst within the Corporate Administration function is responsible for supporting the management and administration of master agreements across the organization. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and consistency in contractual documentation by reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining agreement terms and related data. The Analyst collaborates with other teams to facilitate contract execution, monitor compliance, and provide insights that drive operational efficiency and risk mitigation. The analyst makes decisions on interpreting agreements, resolving discrepancies, and advising on compliance within the Master Agreement function.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze master agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
Maintain and update contract management systems, ensuring data integrity and timely entry of agreement details.
Support the preparation and execution of master agreements, including amendments and renewals.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify contractual obligations.
Monitor compliance with contractual terms and escalate issues as needed.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into agreement status, key dates, and performance metrics.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to master agreements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in contract administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or related roles.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with contract review and compliance monitoring.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
Advanced understanding of contract management, legal principles, and organizational policies.
Accuracy and Compliance: Ensures integrity in all contractual documentation.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex agreements and identify risks.
Collaboration: Works effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.
Process Orientation: Focused on improving efficiency and consistency in contract management.
