THE ROLE Across the Live Nation and Ticketmaster ecosystems, our fans are coming to expect a better, more personalized experience. We are looking for a strong Business Analyst to help us grow our Fan-Based Marketing capabilities. This person will be responsible for audience planning and sizing, campaign and audience monitoring, and performance reporting. We are seeking candidates who are proactive self-starters and have a proven track record of data and business analysis in online or e‑commerce businesses with experience in testing and optimization. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional who possesses the passion, experience, skills and abilities to help support our expanding marketing reach. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Be an expert in our fan data, helping to identify and fill data gaps, using internal resources and outside vendors Create and maintain live analytics reports and dashboards to provide insight into the performance of campaigns to stakeholders Conduct in-depth marketing analysis efforts to provide insight into new business opportunities; present findings and make recommendations to stakeholders Support data‑related problem‑solving and product development efforts by the Fan‑Based Marketing team Model and size audiences relevant to support campaign objectives Collaborate with division Business Analysts, Data Services and other functional teams as needed to understand the impact of analysis across multiple areas of the business WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - REQUIRED SKILLS 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related field Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and nested queries Strong statistical knowledge, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing methodologies Experience with data visualization and presentation of analysis and findings Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders MS Excel proficiency, including lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas Detail‑oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Proactive and intellectually curious Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new software and technologies Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate findings to a wide audience WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING - PREFERRED SKILLS Understands data ETLs, transformations and pipelines Experience working with digital marketing and customer data in an environment like Databricks Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo Experience with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms BENEFITS & PERKS HEALTH : medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA) YOURSELF : Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal days WEALTH : 401(k) program with company match, stock reimbursement program FAMILY : New parent programs including caregiver leave and baby bonuses, plus fertility, adoption, foster, or surrogacy support CAREER : Career and skill development programs with School of Live, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment OTHERS : Volunteer time off, crowdfunding match EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve. COMPENSATION $88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD; Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
