What You'll Do
Manage the full commercial sales cycle – inspections, estimates, proposals, and closing.
Respond to inbound leads and actively generate new business through networking and outreach.
Partner with property managers, general contractors, and building owners to develop long‑term accounts.
Conduct on‑site evaluations (core cuts, roof inspections, pull tests) with attention to detail and professionalism.
Collaborate with production and project management teams to ensure accurate scopes and excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline with accountability.
What You Bring
1+ year of commercial roofing sales or relevant construction/B2B sales experience.
Working knowledge of low‑slop systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, etc.
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.
Self‑motivated, coachable, and results‑oriented attitude.
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform roof inspections.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60K-$70K (based on experience)
Commission: Up to 5% – realistic earnings of $100K+ in year one
