What You’ll Be Doing As an OT Applications and Data Engineer working for AG Solutions Group, you will be responsible for the hands‑on implementation and support of OT systems and data solutions for our process manufacturing customers. You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and integrating OT applications, data flows, and operational intelligence solutions. Your role will include hands‑on work with customer OT systems as well as internal staff mentoring and best practices development. The focal points of this position are the following:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge management resources, including documentation of best practices, troubleshooting guides, and standardized procedures. Collaborate with other engineers to continuously improve internal processes and practices for system integration and data solutions.
Success Criteria
Meet and exceed customer requirements, deadlines, and expectations.
Be skilled in contextualizing and integrating real‑time data from operational technologies and ensuring it flows seamlessly across systems.
Be comfortable working in dynamic, cross‑functional teams and environments and can troubleshoot system issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Develop your skills and knowledge by learning and applying the latest technologies to solve real‑world problems.
Active participation in continuous improvement programs.

Hands‑on Technicians:
You enjoy working directly with systems, including installing, configuration, and on‑going support.
Data Enthusiasts:
You find innovative ways to enable data‑driven functions, solutions, and analytics at all levels of a company.
