Voor een productiebedrijf in Dordrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Mengerij die graag actief bezig is in een dynamische productieomgeving. Dit ga je doen
Als Operator Mengerij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige mengproces en zorg je voor een efficiënte aanvoer naar de verpakkingslijnen. Je werkt volgens vaste procedures waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit altijd vooropstaan.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het verzorgen van een correcte menging van grondstoffen en een soepele doorstroming naar de verpakkingsmachines;
- Het tijdig verzamelen en toevoegen van grondstoffen en halffabricaten;
- Het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en capaciteit van het mengproces;
- Het signaleren en melden van afwijkingen, storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen.
Je bent in het bezit van
Voor deze functie zoeken wij een nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke operator met ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
Je beschikt over:
- Minimaal één jaar ervaring als operator binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie;
- Ervaring met geautomatiseerde productiesystemen;
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
- Het vermogen om recepturen nauwkeurig te lezen en correct uit te voeren.

- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.100,- en € 3.400,-;
- Werktijden in dagdienst van 06:00 tot 14:30 uur of van 09:00 tot 17:30 uur;
- Interne opleidingen en begeleiding op de werkvloer;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar andere afdelingen binnen de productie;
- Een informele werksfeer met korte communicatielijnen en betrokken collega's.
