Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Nursing | 12 Hour Shifts Part Time | Day and Night Shifts | Monday's Only! Pay: $26-$30.50/hour based on shift and weekend differentials & attendance incentives SIGN ON BONUS: Full Time: $6,000 & Part Time: $3,000PRN/Per Diem | $26/hour
Minimum requirement: 3 shifts per month Genacross Lutheran Services, a faith-based nonprofit organization, for over 160 years, has provided compassionate care and support to individuals, families, and communities in need. Genacross Team Members put our mission into action every day, using their skills, talents, and passion, to serve the needs of our community with exceptional care, innovation, and support.Licensed Practical Nurses provide care for the residents in the Health Center and act as a charge nurse for the State Test Nurse Aides. Licensed Practical Nurse does everything within their scope of practice per the OBN under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Supervisor.
What will I do as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse with Genacross?
Lead STNAs in delivering quality resident care
Administer medications and treatments per orders
Complete assessments, documentation, and charting
Support residents with daily living and overall well-being
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and care team
Manage orders, labs, admissions, and care transitions
Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Current Ohio LPN License 1-2 years of long-term care experience preferred Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of care and leadership Genacross strives to improve the lives of everyone, including our Team Members, who daily enrich the lives of our residents, patients, clients & colleagues.
