Drivers earn: 25% of gross revenue on every completed load $35 daily per diem Average earnings of
$5,000+ bi-weekly , based on performance and miles run Consistent freight opportunities nationwide Our pay structure is designed to reward drivers for their productivity and commitment on the road. Equipment & Support
Big16 Trucking operates using a network of rental equipment partners throughout the country. This allows drivers access to dependable equipment while providing a major advantage when maintenance issues arise. Benefits include: Access to late-model equipment Opportunities to choose available equipment in certain situations Nationwide support network Fast roadside assistance and equipment replacement when needed Minimal downtime when unexpected issues occur When equipment problems happen, our network allows us to get drivers back on the road quickly.
