Über

What You Will Do Design, automate and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring applications are highly available, scalable, secure and cost-efficient. Hands‑on experience with AWS services, automation frameworks and DevOps best practices. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across teams. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, etc.) and support containerized workloads (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes). Enable automated testing, artifact management and blue/green or canary deployments. Implement observability, monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch, X‑Ray or third‑party tools. Diagnose system performance, latency, reliability issues, define and maintain SLAs and SLOs. Automate provisioning, scaling, monitoring, recovery, security scanning and vulnerability management with CI/CD. Ensure systems meet security, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC2, etc.). Implement IAM best practices, encryption strategies, and secure networking. Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to ensure smooth releases. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree). Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in cloud engineering, DevOps or infrastructure automation. Expertise in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudFront, Route53, IAM, etc.). Hands‑on experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) and Terraform templates. Strong background in Python, Bash or similar scripting languages. Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate, mentor, and support other team members. Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required. Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST” clearance. What Would Be Nice To Have AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (highly desirable). AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other specialty certifications.
