Expert Digital Engineering (w/m/d)Als Expert Digital Engineering im Bereich Automation Cross Product sind Sie zuständig für die Entwicklung und Pflege von Engineering Konzepten und Aufbau von anlagenbezogenen Standards und Modulen für alle Flat Products Umfänge.
Sie berichten direkt in Ihrer Funktion an den General Manager Automation Cross-Product im Center of Competence Solutions Flat Products.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Datenmodellen zur datentechnischen Abbildung von Anlagen, Anlagenteilen und Modulen mit dem Ziel eines kompletten digitalen Abbildes des „as delivered“ Status inkl. Simulation
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Engineering Plattform unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Technologien wie KI etc.
- Disziplinübergreifender Austausch bezüglich der Produktdaten und deren Einbettung in die Modullandschaft
- Erstellung und Koordination von Technologiestudien und zugehörigem Präsentationsmaterial sowie Veröffentlichung von Fachbeiträgen
- Enger Austausch mit den Schnittstellendisziplinen bei SXT, FR und IT und den SXP Landesgesellschaften
Sie verfügen über den Abschluss eines technischen Studiums (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Informatik) oder vergleichbares. Wichtig sind uns außerdem:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Engineeringplattformen und Datenmodellierung sowie in der Entwicklung und Anwendung der COMOS Plattform
- Tiefgehende Programmiersprachenkenntnisse in C#, Java, Typescript
- Kenntnisse im Bereich von Austauschformate und Modellierung im xml Umfeld, idealerweise mit AML
- Kenntnisse der PLC Entwicklungsplattform TIA Portal in Bezug auf PLC Softwareerstellung
- Kenntnisse zu internationalen Standards zur Datenmodellierung im Umfeld des Anlagenbaus, insbesondere der IEC81346 series, IEC62424, IEC62714 series und IEC Common Data Dictionary
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Reisen sowie kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung
- sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
