Dit ga je doenAls Safety & Security Consultant - ISPS adviseer je (potentiële) opdrachtgevers op basis van jouw ISPS specialisme en ontwikkel je strategische en technisch onderbouwde securityoplossingen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan adviesrapporten, beveiligingsplannen en commerciële voorstellen, inclusief kostprijscalculaties en specificaties.
Daarnaast begeleid je de implementatie van projecten binnen jouw domein en ondersteun je collega’s bij klantpresentaties. Je bouwt een eigen commerciële funnel, signaleert kansen en risico’s en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe diensten, producten en procesoptimalisaties. Ook borg je kennis binnen het domein en zorg je voor actuele, betrouwbare informatie en best practices.
Dit ben jij- HBO werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met circa 3 jaar relevante consultancy-ervaring.
- Diepgaande sectorkennis en domeinspecialisme, inclusief kennis van (technische) beveiligingsoplossingen en kennis van ISPS wetgevingen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Sterke commerciële vaardigheden én consultancyvaardigheden, passend bij het managen van diverse opdrachtgevers.
- Ondernemend, initiatiefrijk en gericht op het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.
- Analytisch sterk, logisch redeneervermogen en gedreven om complexe problemen structureel op te lossen.
- Proactief in het optimaliseren van de kwaliteit van geleverde consultancy.
- Een volwaardig gesprekspartner voor (senior) beslissers bij opdrachtgevers en een sterke teamspeler in samenwerking met interne counterparts.
