Production Support Analyst
Duration: 12+ months Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite 3 days/week) Benefits Provided: Yes, including 15 PTO days/year U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Analyst to provide operational oversight and hands-on support for critical applications. This contractor will be responsible for monitoring production health, responding to incident tickets, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring stability across the environment. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional technology teams. Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve incident, problem, and service request tickets within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Monitor application performance, system alerts, and batch jobs. Support planned and emergency change management activities. Troubleshoot application, database, infrastructure, and integration issues. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. Identify and recommend improvements to monitoring, automation, and operational processes. Ensure stability, reliability, and continuity of production services. Requirements: 37+ years of experience in production support, application support, or technical operations. Hands-on experience with incident and change management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira. Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux/Windows environments, application logs, APIs, and SQL databases. Experience supporting distributed systems, batch processes, or real-time applications. Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in high-pressure production environments. Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. 26-00508
