Job Description Job Summary: The Medical Technologist (MLT/Clinical Lab Scientist) is responsible for performing complex laboratory tests to assist in diagnosing and monitoring patient health. They ensure the accuracy and timeliness of laboratory results while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze laboratory tests accurately and efficiently. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly. Document test results precisely and ensure proper reporting. Follow safety protocols and compliance regulations in all laboratory activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information. Maintain detailed records of patient specimens and test procedures. Qualifications:
Hold a valid Medical Technologist (MLT/CLS) certification or license. Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical laboratory experience. Demonstrate proficiency in various laboratory techniques and equipment. Exhibit strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Be able to work independently during night shifts and adapt to a 3 x 36-hour schedule. Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers. Benefits & Growth:
