Requirements: - Inpatient experience within the last 3 years is required.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for inpatient pharmacy services, including procurement, distribution, storage, and administration of medications. - Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding pharmaceutical services. - Review medication orders for appropriateness and correctness to ensure safe medication use. - Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and maintain the pharmacy services policy and procedure manual. - Maintain inventory and resolve discrepancies related to medications. - Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge of the hospital pharmacy and assist with pharmacy licensure issues as needed.
