Lead process and business requirements sessions, in the form of interviews, workshops, and other methods, leading to documented records of a to-be business process leveraging industry best practices. Identify and document operations/supply chain data needed to enable to-be business processes. Work on the collection and analysis of necessary data from sources like ERP systems, PLM systems, databases, excel sheets, and emails. Partner with clients to create missing data elements. Support Project Management to define project scope and timelines. Develop project specific technical design documents. Manage Architects and Consultants to deliver customer specific solutions, based on approved functional and technical design and. Identify and select appropriate mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights. Data Analytics to generate forecasts and operational plans. Work with Internal Research and Development teams to resolve solution gaps. Work with Client Cross-Functional Teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of projects. Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base. Mentor Solution Architects, Junior Analysts, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project. Implement supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain or logistics organization. Work on supply chain planning systems, and exposure to ERP tools. Work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Utilize databases tools including SQL Server, MySQL and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar analytical techniques, and data mining. Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of experience in a related occupation implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain or logistics organization; working on supply chain planning systems, and exposure to ERP tools; working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint; utilizing databases tools including SQL Server, MySQL and one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar analytical techniques, and data mining.
