Work setups may include hybrid, remote, or onsite, depending on client needs. Please note, we are currently considering candidates based in the U.S. About Our Clients Forward‑looking companies integrating AI into branding, design, and digital experiences Known for fostering collaborative, inclusive, and innovation‑driven cultures Committed to creative excellence and future‑ready design solutions Your Background & Expertise Proven leadership in design strategy, creative direction, and AI‑driven workflows Hands‑on expertise with generative AI visual tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway Gen‑2, Kaiber, and D‑ID Skilled in AI‑powered video, animation, and 3D platforms such as Runway, Spline, Blender (with AI plugins), and Pika Labs Strong foundation in traditional design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma Experience with AI‑enhanced asset creation (image generation, motion graphics, typography, branding) Knowledge of prompt engineering for design workflows and creative exploration Excellent communicator with proven success in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments What You’ll Be Doing Direct and inspire teams to integrate AI into design and brand storytelling Lead the creation of AI‑enhanced campaigns, visuals, and experiences from concept to execution Develop workflows that combine human creativity with machine‑powered design tools Partner with stakeholders to align design innovation with business goals Stay at the forefront of AI design trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
