We are currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide.
Resident Care Aide Responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents at our community in Skaneateles
Resident Care Aide Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two (2) years of resident care experience preferred
- Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations
