Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 1 year of EdTech sales prospecting experience to join the expanding SDR team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly motivated, and dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to identify potential opportunities for our EdTech solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies within the education sector.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our EdTech solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to drive the sales process forward.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in the educational technology industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
