for permitting and construction Contribute to
site layout and land development design

drainage and stormwater management design Support the
permitting process , including documentation and coordination with municipalities Collaborate with engineers and project managers on
project execution and timelines Work on a variety of project types, including: Commercial and industrial developments Hospitality projects (hotels) Residential and multi-family (including large-scale apartment developments) Infrastructure-related projects (e.g., sewer/water extensions, marina/flood studies) Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field Experience with
site development and land planning Proficiency in
AutoCAD Civil 3D
or similar design software Basic understanding of
grading, drainage, and utility design Familiarity with
permitting and municipal processes
is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a
