Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication administration Help maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and keeping living areas tidy Support residents with mobility and mobility aids as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure quality care and satisfaction About the Role: As a CNA at Heritage Lakeside, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wisconsin High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
