Time and Supply Management: Efficiently uses time to obtain and store supplies and equipment, assists with operating room turnovers, changes linens on patient carts, and manages equipment docking. Staffing and Scheduling: Communicates promptly regarding availability, adheres to scheduling policies, seeks approval for time off or overtime, and respects work schedules and breaks. Quality: Collaborates as a team member in continuous quality improvement initiatives, applies sound judgment in patient-related tasks, suggests improvements to enhance patient experience, and stays current with policies. Patient Satisfaction: Advocates for patient rights, strives to improve patient comfort and satisfaction by providing necessary items and clear instructions, and communicates effectively to reduce patient anxiety.
