Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as an Ambulatory Telemetry Technician (ATC) responsible for continuous cardiac monitoring and patient rhythm surveillance. This role involves identifying and promptly reporting arrhythmias and rhythm changes to nursing staff following established protocols. Job Summary Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and physiological parameters continuously, accurately interpret ECG rhythms, and respond to alarms and emergency situations with composure and clear communication. Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment while ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality of patient records. Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a Telemetry Technician or ECG interpretation course preferred. Experience
One to two years of experience in a patient care setting preferred. Telemetry Technician experience is a plus. Licenses and Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required. Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in ECG rhythm interpretation with the ability to pass certification exams. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ongoing learning and competency development.
Work Environment This part-time position offers day shifts with a 12-hour schedule. The role supports a collaborative team atmosphere focused on delivering high-quality patient care in a rural healthcare setting.
