*About the Role*
We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Senior Project Manager who can bring structure to ambiguity, drive alignment across global teams, and consistently deliver complex software initiatives from concept to launch.
This is not a coordination-only role. This is a leadership role focused on execution, accountability, momentum, and outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to keep initiatives moving, risks visible, and teams aligned in a fast-changing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who:

*What You'll Own/Do: *
*Lead End-to-End Delivery*
* Drive multiple complex software initiatives from planning through launch and post-release stabilization
* Build and maintain execution plans that balance speed, quality, and business priorities
* Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they impact timelines
* Ensure initiatives remain aligned with product strategy and organizational goals
*Create Clarity from Ambiguity*
* Translate evolving business and product needs into actionable plans and milestones
* Develop lightweight but effective project documentation and operational processes
* Facilitate decision-making by framing issues, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly
* Adapt quickly as priorities shift while maintaining team momentum
*Drive Cross-Functional Alignment*
* Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Operations, and Business teams
* Establish clear ownership, accountability, and delivery expectations
* Communicate priorities, risks, status updates, and decisions with clarity and transparency
* Foster strong collaboration across globally distributed teams
*Improve Operational Excellence*
* Strengthen execution consistency through scalable project management practices
* Improve visibility, planning accuracy, prioritization, and delivery reliability
* Help mature agile execution processes in a growing organization
* Raise the quality bar through disciplined follow-through and operational leadership
*What We Are Looking For:*
* 5+ years of project or program management experience within software or technology organizations
* 2+ years operating in a senior-level project management role
* Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional software initiatives in fast-paced environments
* Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
* Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and execution practices
* Proven success in implementing PM processes and best practices in an early agile organization
* Ability to understand technical dependencies, product tradeoffs, and engineering constraints
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive accountability without formal authority
Language Requirement:
* Professional working proficiency in *both English AND Mandarin *required
* This role regularly collaborates with Mandarin-speaking technical and operational teams across global business functions

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
