Als Maintance Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, opvolging en planning van zowel, curatieve als preventieve onderhoudsactiviteiten van productie-installaties en machines.
Hieronder alvast een greep uit jouw takenpakket:
- Je stuurt een team van een 12tal onderhouds- en storingstechniekers aan. Daarnaast neem je een leidende rol in verschillende verbeteringsprojecten op vlak van organisatiestructuur en technische verbeteringen.
- Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse werkverdeling in de onderhoudsafdeling en houdt toezicht op de correcte uitvoering van de werkopdrachten.
- Je handhaaft de veiligheid, orde, discipline en netheid in de onderhoudswerkplaats alsook op de werkposten in de fabriek.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk om te werken volgens de ISO procedures.
- Je kan adequaat optreden wanneer er oproepen van de productieafdelingen zijn om storingen te verhelpen en de nodige feedback aan de productie te geven.
- Je voert wijzigingen door ter verbetering van bestaande uitrustingen, naast kostenbesparingen voorstellen en verantwoorden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opstart en installatie van nieuwe uitrustingen in nauw overleg met de verantwoordelijke Works Engineer en productieverantwoordelijke.
- Je stuurt de magazijnier wisselstukken die het beheer en administratie op zich neemt zodat steeds de juiste wisselstukken tijdig voorhanden zijn.
- Je verzorgt de nodige personeelsadministratie van de onderhoudsafdeling (verloven, ziektebriefjes,...)
- Je houdt de opleidingsfiches up-to-date voor het onderhoudspersoneel. Je hebt oog voor opleidingsnoden van het onderhoudspersoneel en bespreekt dit met de Maintenance & Engineering Manager zodat er opleidingen georganiseerd kunnen worden.
- Je stuurt het preventief onderhoudsplan bij in overleg met de maintenance coördinator.
- Je neemt de nodige acties bij oproepen buiten de werkuren i.v.m. het bewakingssysteem.
- Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Maintenance & Engineering Manager.
Als Maintenance Supervisor kan je onderstaande zaken grotendeels afvinken:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma (bij voorkeur elektromechanica).
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar technische expertise opgebouwd in een onderhoudsafdeling in een productiecontext. Je hebt kennis van productieprocessen, mechanica & elektriciteit.
- Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven. Je beschikt over de nodige coachende en sturende vaardigheden om je team op een soepele manier aan te sturen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en Engels.
- Je duidelijke mondelinge communicatie en luistervaardigheid stellen je in staat om je medewerkers eerlijke feedback te geven.
- Je bent gedreven en volhardend om vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen. Dit met een sterke focus op veiligheid.
- Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en durft beslissen.
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel om je werkwijze aan te passen.
