We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design seamless and engaging digital flows for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and functional designs that prioritize user needs and business objectives. This is a perfect role for a designer with a passion for solving complex problems, designing elegant solutions, and delivering exceptional digital experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design Digital Flows : Conceptualize and design end-to-end digital user flows for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a smooth, intuitive, and delightful user experience. Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate design ideas effectively. User Research & Testing : Conduct user research, gather insights, and perform usability testing to iterate and improve the user experience based on real feedback. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical constraints. Responsive Design : Design for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive and adaptive user interfaces that deliver a consistent experience across web and mobile platforms. UI/UX Best Practices : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards, applying them to create modern, user-friendly interfaces. Style Guides & Design Systems : Develop and maintain UI style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure design consistency across products. Qualifications:
UI/UX Design Experience : 2-4 years of experience designing web and mobile applications, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in user-centered design and creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Design Tools : Proficiency with design tools such as
Figma ,
Sketch ,
Adobe XD , or similar for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. User-Centered Design : Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user flows, wireframing, and usability testing methods. Responsive Design : Experience designing responsive layouts that work across multiple devices and platforms. Collaboration : Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
