Our clients are building transaction-heavy, performance-critical systems. They are looking for engineers who think in systems, take full ownership of what they ship, and are comfortable working close to the protocol. This is a backend and systems-focused role. Role Overview As a Senior Backend Solana Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain production-grade Solana programs and the backend infrastructure that supports them. You will be deeply involved in architecture decisions, performance optimization, and security considerations for live systems used at scale. You will work alongside senior engineers, product, and infrastructure teams to ship reliable, secure, and scalable Solana-based systems.
