Technical Success Manager / Post-Sales Solutions Architect
Remote (U.S. Eastern or Central time zones preferred) We're looking for a Technical Success Manager / Post-Sales Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers successfully deploy, integrate, and adopt our platform. This is a high-impact post-sales technical role where you'll act as a trusted partner to customers, bridging Security, Engineering, and Product to ensure successful implementations and long-term value. What You'll Do Lead customer onboarding, deployment, and technical implementation Support integrations across identity providers, source code management platforms, CI/CD pipelines, artifact repositories, ticketing systems, and other components of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Help customers configure and operationalize the platform in real-world environments Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions Help customers establish visibility into developer identities, access, risky behaviors, and security posture across their SDLC environments Partner with Product and Engineering to improve the customer experience Work closely with Security, IT, and Engineering stakeholders at enterprise customers What We're Looking For 7+ years (or equivalent experience) in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) Strong technical ability and comfort working with complex enterprise systems Experience supporting technical integrations and customer implementations Familiarity with identity security, developer tooling, software delivery pipelines, APIs, or cloud environments Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Exposure to identity and access management (IAM) or security platforms Familiarity with CI/CD, SDLC, or developer tooling environments Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or DevOps-adjacent roles Startup or high-growth environment experience Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge developer identity security and governance challenges across modern software development environments High-ownership role with direct customer impact Early-stage startup environment where your work helps shape the product and customer experience Close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market teams
