Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Scrum Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects, driving Agile transformations, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with executive stakeholders. This role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in Program Management, Scrum/Agile methodologies, and AWS-based technology environments. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery commitments, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Agile & Scrum Management

  • Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and program-level planning activities.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including Director and VP-level leadership.
  • Conduct governance meetings, executive reviews, and status reporting.
  • Communicate program health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies effectively.

Risk & Delivery Governance

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively.
  • Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership when necessary.
  • Maintain strong delivery governance and compliance standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore delivery teams.
  • Foster collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams.
  • Mentor project managers, Scrum Masters, and team leads.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive automation, process optimization, and Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Utilize metrics and data-driven insights to improve delivery efficiency and program outcomes.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong background in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Prior experience in Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure-related programs is highly preferred.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar programs and strategic client engagements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
  • Strong expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing enterprise programs within AWS environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex delivery landscapes simultaneously.

  2. Manage executive-level stakeholder communications, governance, risk mitigation, and program reporting.
