Location US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB3 ~ 50 Apple Hill Dr ~ CONCORD BLDG, Tewksbury Tb3 300 Concord Role Type Onsite, U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person required. Security Clearance Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date. Responsibilities Work with the team to deliver great products for the user using available resources. Introduce modern architecture, design solutions, and processes to improve the product. Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks. Mentor and foster the team’s technical and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). At least 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering. Experience architecting multi‑security level, mission‑critical software systems. Experience translating system requirements into scalable, implementable software architectures and guiding technical execution across teams. Strong presentation and written communication skills. Experience designing to meet data processing performance requirements. Strong collaboration skills with hardware, integration and test, and program leadership to ensure end‑to‑end system performance and delivery. Experience working in classified environments with an understanding of security constraints and data handling requirements. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
