Seeking steady work, a safe environment, and growth potential? We operate primarily MondayFriday, handling recurring commercial and residential accounts in a friendly, flexible team atmosphere. Get outside and earn what you are worth! Fish Window Cleaning is looking for full or part-time sales representative for our operation. We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do no high rise! Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks. Additional services include: power washing, gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning Perfect opportunity for anyone who is outgoing, detail oriented and self driven. We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service. No experience necessary. Growth opportunities exist within our company. FISH Benefits: Paid training, no experience necessary Base pay + commission + bonus Commission + bonuses based on weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet No nights or weekends (required) Full or part-time available year-round Equipment and uniforms furnished Job Responsibilities: Strategically expand our commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort. Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance and property management companies. Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site. Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort. Job Requirements: Friendly, outgoing personality, organized, detail oriented, self driven. Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made. Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone. Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site. Goal-oriented and results-driven. Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness. Driver's license and reliable transportation. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
