Supply Chain Integration & Process Development
Support and further develop supply chain processes in the context of M&A integrations and technology transfers, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions across projects.

Project Coordination & Team Guidance
Guide and train junior specialists while coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project execution.

Stakeholder & Partner Management
Collaborate closely with internal and external partners as well as contract manufacturers to ensure smooth integrations and efficient operations, including participation in conference calls and on-site meetings.

End-to-End Supply Chain Visibility
Ensure product availability in key markets by maintaining a comprehensive overview and monitoring of production, transport, and release status down to warehouse level.

Decision Support & Executive Communication
Prepare and present decision-relevant analyses, reports, and actionable recommendations to senior management, while effectively communicating project progress and critical issues in steering committees.


What sets you apart:

Educational Background & Professional ExperienceYou hold a degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field and bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in supply chain or project management. Alternatively, you have gained experience in regulated areas such as regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or pharmacovigilance.

Project Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration
You have already gained experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, ensuring structured execution and alignment across stakeholders.

Analytical Thinking & Results Orientation
You are characterized by strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-driven approach, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and deliver results effectively.

Communication & Tools Expertise
You communicate and negotiate confidently in both German and English and are proficient in MS Office. Experience with SAP is considered a strong advantage.

Your way of working is proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative, making you a reliable and effective partner in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
