Available Schedule: Full-Time | 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour | Increased upon certification | Shift differential may apply based on shift Why Kendal? Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being Assist with meals and ensure residents are comfortable and supported Ambulate, reposition, and transfer residents safely Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Accurately document care, including vital signs, weights, and intake Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families Follow infection control procedures and safety standards Complete assigned duties and support a positive team environment What You Bring
Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program Scheduled date to take the CNA certification exam or currently certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and prioritization abilities Dependable attendance and punctuality A compassionate, team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and occasional additional hours as needed Benefits

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift Must be able to assist in transferring residents weighing between 50 to 250 pounds Licenses and Certifications
Certification required upon hire within 120 days
