Über
Deliver urgent and emergency medical care and maintain accurate electronic health records. Ensure readiness of medical facilities, equipment, and supplies; perform routine maintenance checks. Manage medical emergencies, stabilise patients, and coordinate evacuations in line with MERP and RHCP guidelines. Conduct health screenings, drug and alcohol testing, and workforce medical inductions. Promote health and hygiene programs and provide first-aid training and emergency drills. Serve as the primary on-site contact for client EHS and QHSE matters; advise on compliance and industry standards. Monitor QHSE performance, support investigations, and assist with training and safety programs. Maintain professional certifications and comply with all client and statutory requirements. Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years as a licensed paramedic, nurse, advanced practitioner, or physician. Experience in remote healthcare; oil & gas or industrial operations preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems. English fluency and ability to pass Fit-to-Work assessments.
Certifications
Valid medical license and advanced life support certifications (ALS, ACLS, BLS, PHTLS). At least one recognised HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.). Offshore safety training (BOSIET, HUET) and other project-specific certifications as required.
