Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a BC/BE Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our outstanding Plastic Surgery care program in the Greater Austin Region at the Baylor Scott & White Multispecialty MOB - Round Rock . We are seeking a Plastic Surgeon with a passion for patient care, with entrepreneurial and leadership skills to grow within our Department of Surgery, Plastic Surgery practice. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality and be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system. Qualifications: · Experienced plastic surgeon, at least 3 years preferred, seeking a high-growth, high-support environment · Residency-trained in Plastic Surgery; microvascular reconstruction fellowship is a plus · Strong passion for breast reconstruction and interest in contributing to a focused microvascular caseload · Excited by a practice mix of 90% general plastic surgery and 10% microvascular work · Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting and enjoys cultivating trusted referral relationships · Eligible for Texas medical licensure · Ready to join a system with seamless workflows supported by Epic EMR Interested candidates should send a copy of their CV to Teresa Washington, SHRM-CP, Sr. Physician Recruiter: Teresa.Washington1@BSWHealth.org About Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Round Rock Our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery department is housed across the street from the BSW Round Rock Medical Center Campus, a 168-bed facility. This free-standing MOB is also home to a wide variety of specialties including Ophthalmology, Medical Infusion, and Internal/Family Medicine. On the Round Rock Medical Center Campus, you will find the Round Rock Cancer Center- a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility that provides a multidisciplinary setting for cancer care including surgical, medical and radiation oncology services. Doctorate Degree in Medicine
Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her speciality or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
