Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du gerne:- Erster Ansprechpartner für das Front Office Team
- Vertretung des General Managers in dessen Abwesenheit
- Revenue Management
- Du verstehst dich als Gastgeber, heißt unsere Gäste herzlich willkommen und gehst offen und charmant mit ihnen um
- Check in und Check out unserer Gäste
- Du nimmst Reservierungs,- Gruppen- und Meetinganfragen entgegen und bearbeitest diese
- Verantwortung für die Kassenführung und Debitorenkontrolle
- Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses
- Unterstützung des General Managers bei der Erstellung von Dienstplänen
- Sämtliche administrative Aufgaben am Front Office und im Back Office sicher und selbständig durchführen
- Du trägst zu einem effektiven und effizienten operativen Ablauf bei
- Du sorgst für einen aktiven Kommunikationsfluss zwischen allen Bereichen unseres Hauses
