Job Description:
Votre rôle
Participation au cycle de vente
- Effectuer l’entrée de commandes à partir de SAP et du CRM, et obtenir les approbations nécessaires lorsque requis
- Effectuer l’entrée de commande de réparation et comprendre certaine technicalité de nos appareils
- Effectuer les corrections et la relâche de certaines commandes ciblées
- Faire la gestion de certificats de taxes
- Émettre des crédits, débits et facturations spéciales au besoin
Gestion administrative et systèmes
- Utiliser différentes transactions dans SAP, le CRM et d’autres systèmes internes afin de compléter diverses tâches administratives
- Assurer le traitement des commandes par carte de crédit via un portail client
- Créer et maintenir les comptes clients dans nos bases de données, en utilisant divers outils de validation
Support à la clientèle
- Répondre aux demandes clients provenant de différentes boîtes courriel (suivi de commande, délais de livraison, demandes techniques simples)
- Offrir un support par courriel et téléphone lorsque requis
- Accueillir les clients à la réception, répondre aux appels et diriger les communications entrantes
Amélioration continue et innovation
- Identifier des opportunités d’optimisation des processus et méthodes de travail
- Participer activement à l’amélioration et à l’évolution des procédures internes
- Utiliser et explorer des outils d’intelligence artificielle et des technologies numériques afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et la qualité du travail administratif
Compétences techniques
- Aisance à travailler avec divers systèmes informatiques (SAP, CRM, bases de données)
- Bonne compréhension des outils numériques modernes et intérêt pour les technologies émergentes
- Capacité à utiliser ou apprendre à utiliser des outils d’intelligence artificielle dans un contexte de travail administratif
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Connaissances informatiques générales avancées
- Bilingue français et anglais

- Capacité d’interagir de façon professionnelle, courtoise et efficace avec la clientèle interne et externe
- Curiosité intellectuelle et intérêt pour apprendre de nouvelles technologies, incluant l’intelligence artificielle
