You will assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their safety, well-being, and comfort, in accordance with company policies and state regulations./ppEssential Job Functions/pulliPersonal Care: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed./liliMeal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary restrictions and preferences./liliMobility Support: Help residents with mobility, transfers, and exercises to maintain their physical health./liliCompanionship: Engage in conversations, games, and activities to provide emotional support and companionship./liliHousekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment./liliSafety: Ensure residents safety by monitoring for any potential hazards or emergencies and responding appropriately./liliCommunication: Maintain open communication with residents, their families, and team members to provide updates on residents well-being./liliDocumentation: Accurately record and document care provided, changes in residents conditions, and any incidents or observations./liliRespect and Dignity: Treat residents with respect, dignity, and empathy, promoting their independence and autonomy./liliTraining: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on best practices and standards. Attends and participates in required meetings and trainings.
