The role involves serving as the lead technical expert on modern automation, low-code, and development environments, among other modern development environments. Duties
You will: Serve as the lead technical expert on modern automation, low-code, and development environments. Develop and maintain applications such as Power Apps, leveraging both SharePoint Lists (canvas apps) and Microsoft Dataverse (model-driven apps) as data sources. Create and manage complex workflows and business process automations. Analyze existing processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. Advise MAHRS senior management on digital transformation and automation strategy, establishing and using new features, enhancements, or initiatives to assess and improve M and RA public websites and private portals. Stay abreast of changes and state-of-the-art technology in DON and software arenas and provide strategic advice to upper management relative to these fields. Analyze complex data to identify and recommend DON wide actions needed to improve web sites and private portals and utilize IT security principles, methods, and procedures to install and configure software. Develop business cases, project proposals, and technical roadmaps for new automation initiatives. Lead or personally develop requirements to adjust and improve availability, accuracy, and ease of sites and portals for performance and workload measurement.
